UTM Housing hosts Halloween Carnival
UTM’s Department of Housing hosted its annual Halloween Carnival on Oct. 31, 2012 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The carnival was a designated safe zone so kids could safely trick-or-treat and have fun.
